Sabie Experience 2011 » Cancellation Policy

Entries close when 250 teams have entered and 50 individuals.

1. R 250.00 of the entry fee will be retained for admin costs, the balance refunded if written notice is received before 28 October 2011.
   
   
2. 50% of the registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received before 25 November 2011.
   
   
3. 00% 00% of the registration fee will be refunded if teams cancel from 26 November 2011, at registration or during the race.
